"Waiting In The Wings" Magnolia 12"x12" (Framed)

$450.00

“Waiting In The Wings” is an original 12”x12” oil painting on traditional canvas. On a spring trip to Mississippi, the magnolia trees were blooming and I had to get some reference photos. We found a row of trees on the MSU campus with lots of “show blooms”. These blooms remind me of actors and actresses in a theatrical production awaiting their turn to take the stage.

This piece is signed on the front and the 7/8" sides are painted to match the painting.  The painting is wired and is framed in a white floater frame.  It comes with a certificate of authenticity.

When my sweet friend and neighbor, @mom2pilotnurse brought me a bouquet of peonies today, I couldn’t resist the urge to paint them! They made my studio smell heavenly! On a side note, I might have also taken a little peony photoshoot, rearrang
Sometimes it is fun to just play. Last Saturday I had some leftover paint, so I whipped up some citrus minis. Where would you display one of these 4x4 originals? I think they’ll look sharp in white floater frames.

Important announcement 📣 My plans for the week have been turned upside down. I was really looking forward to participating in my first Texas art festival this weekend. However because of the horrific tragedy in the community of Allen TX last weekend
