"Wind Dancers" Scissortails Oil Painting, 12"x12" (framed)
Because there is little to deter the wind sweeping across the wide open prairie, the graceful scissortail flycatchers look like “Wind Dancers” in the sky. The long tail feathers of Oklahoma’s state bird make it easy for these acrobatic foragers to pursue a feast of insects midair.
